My fairy knitmother Jillian tagged me. What? Like I’m going to say no? Getting exciting for Pittsburgh tomorrow; Natasha has me salivating over her yarns. I am such a color fanatic! But you knew that.
Ok, ok…on to the tagging from Jillian. I left the more obvious info out. For example, I live (and write) in Cleveland these days, so that would’ve been pretty obvious and boring. But did you know I used to live in Prague? Or that I’d go to Budapest on vacation whenever I possibly could? Or that I’d move to either Maine or Vancouver in a heartbeat, but few (if any) places in between? Here are my answers to the questions:

- Khmer pan noodles from Phnom Penh, Cleveland, Ohio
- Palacinka / palatscinta / Palatschinken…whichever language you pick, they’re crepe-like and fabulous! They can be sweet or savory; I like them every way!
- Buffalo chicken salad with lots of blue cheese and hot sauce!
